E-Redes adopted several continuous improvement projects with the aim of standardising operations and increasing team productivity, so that, in the end, overall operational efficiency increases. Some of the initiatives included the implementation of gemba walks, the training of team leaders to host dynamic team meetings and deploy new standards, and the use of digitalisation to optimise the customer experience.
